Do I Need to Eat More?

    Hi all,

I've started training around 4 months ago (around mid to late October 2019), and I've made some decent progress. I went from about 64kgs to about 75kgs.

However, for the past 2-3 weeks, I've noticed some sort of plateau. My lifts more or less remained the same, and even my weight decreased to about 73.5kg (and stayed around that).

I've been eating around 2100 calories per day and I try to get at least 100 grams of protein per day. Let me know if you want more info on my diet. Thanks

Sounds like you could add 200 and see what happens for 2 weeks.

I'm about 20% bf and I think my TDEE is around 1978 using one of those calculators online.

Currently I'm doing a push pull legs split. I'm mainly going for strength so for my main lifts I do 5x5.

Bench: 57.5kg 5x5 (trying to hit that 60kg)
    Squat: 80kg 5x5
    Deadlift: 82.5kg 5x5

I don't think that's an accurate TDEE... maybe you're thinking BMR.
The power of carbs compels me!

Oh I see. I don't really know how to estimate my TDEE.

Would this be accurate if I train 6 days a week? I also have a mi band that tracks my steps which I hit an average of 7000 steps.
