I was thinking about picking up the JYM post-workout since I'm always so exhausted after my workouts. Does it even do anything if I'm getting enough protein in my diet?

IMO glutamine is a waste of money (no need), creatine HCL is a waste of money (just use mono powder), beta alanine is a waste of money (unless endurance athlete basically), and bcaa are a waste of money (just get your macros for the day as you should be)...betaine IDK maybe but if I was going to take it I'd take it pre I suppose.
What is your daily calorie and carb/fat/protein intake?
A post workout that doesn't even have carbs or protein...I don't get it.

I'll echo Farley
Basically, if you're getting adequate protein, no need for a post. Just eat2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
