This is my first time doing a proper bulk, and I have been feeling very uneasy and off balance everyday especially after a workout. Is this normal? Or could I be leaving something out in my diet that is essential? I’ve mainly been eating lean meat, low glycemic carbs and fruit
Edit: I’m 5’11 170lbs I’ve been eating around 3500 calories a day

If you're feeling uneasy after you lift, it could be from the intensity of the workout, especially if you're lifting heavier weights than before. This happens to me a lot. Also, try not to have a huge meal before you lift, you'll probably feel like ****.
Squat 245x5
Bench 170x5
Row 170x5
Dead 275x5
Overhead press 130x4

It could be many things. There are just so many variables so I cant tell you what is it for sure. But if it is your first time doing a "proper" bulk like youre saying, then you might need just some time to get acclimated to the new diet.
Second by second, you lose the opportunity of becoming the person you want to be.
