Doubling up on the Xtend puts this as the last week of this log as I'll run out by Thursday or Friday. I definitely felt a difference in recovery using Xtend bcaa's. I used it as an intra workout drink as opposed to pre or post like many do. I'm old school bro science and I do what works for me instead of what new studies say you should do.
