    I’ve done this when I had a shoulder injury and couldn’t train upper body, (had a subluxed shoulder and burtisitus or whatever it’s called ) Every other day would do legs, but would alternate exercises would never do the same things unless had a break, can go into more depth if u want. I saw some great growth in that 3 month period tbh

    Are your legs lagging ?

    I wouldn’t do it if you can train your full body, hit legs twice a week with good volume and it’ll be good enough imo.

    Probably this but I definitely would not do it and there’s no way it’s sustainable over a longer periode of time.

    But like you said, you’re not being specific enough. You need to frame you’re question, right now there’s no possible answer.
    Are you gonna do squats and deads every workout?
    Are you only gonna use machines?
    Are you doing a lot of plyometrics?
    Are you doing 4 sets, or 20 sets?

    And so on. Be more specific.

    Technically true. My boss in the military had a PhD in exercise physiology and he mentioned this. However that doesn’t mean it is ideal to wait nearly that long.
