    but I still eat it everyday because price, and I try and eat fish beef and chicken everyday sticking to 1-2 sources of protein makes you get even more sick of something faster.

    Right now I put valentinas hot sauce, salt, lemon juice, and avocado in shredded chicken.

    I caved and got some breaded chicken today, but I've gained like 3lbs of muscle and lost some fat.

    Brining poultry is gross, it ruins the skin and the ability to properly crisp. Hanging to dry out the outside is GOAT.


    And dry chicken breast is a result of the liquid inside the muscle being completely cooked out, cook it to the right internal temp and you will have plenty of juices, 162ish works out well, 165 kills salmonella but it will dry a bit more, 170 and you have chicken jerky.

    Lol OP you’re a noob. Sure, chicken is easy to make chitty because it’s really high in protein, and low in fat/carbs (the flavor macros). But you’re definitely overcooking.

    Easy way to maintain flavor:
    Marinate in oil and seasoning of your choice for a day
    Bake in same tray used to marinate, flipping half way through

    Super hard to overcook this way (because of how much oil is in), and super delicious.
