So I am about 165 lbs, been lifting for about 16 years.
I recently picked up some dumbbells and this was the result. I am getting 85lbs x 3 for 5 sets pretty easy right now with very little leg movement if none at all. Going to add some creatine and try to keep the body weight down.

SO Im a few weeks Im expecting to be able to train with 90s after bench press. Given that dumbbell press is said to be more difficult than barbell, I would expect a strict standing press around 210 - 220, making me elite.
