Goals are to get back into my powerlifting shape. I have been going lighter and have been going extremely easy on squats and deadlifts for a long time. Strength is fore sure down in the lower body. Bench press has been about the same. I have been enjoying life a bit more than I should have been the past 4 months. One month in and now I have dropped 2% body fat one month in. Feeling a lot better.

Goals for 1st half of 2020:
1. 1RM of 365lb for bench
2. 1RM of 465lb for conventional deadlift
3. 1RM of 315lb for front squat
4. Get up to 190lb body weight
4. study 300 hours for CFA Level II
5. Pass CFA Level II
6. Put more effort into doing more things for others and think less about myself
7. Write 2 finance articles per month for Medium

Goals of 2020..........

Thats a broad timeline

-1st -Cut from till 6/1 goal is to get to 12-15% (yeah... that's sad)
-2nd- Start bulking, but lean bulking as I'd like to get to 10% and maintain- BUT during that time in 2020 I'd like to get my DL PR from 405X3 to 495X1 at least, and also Id like to be able to get my flat DB bench sets from 4x12x100 to 4x10-12x125...... and my squat to 315 for reps with a 405 1RM vs now post injury I'm barely at 225 which is way behind where I used to be. All while trying to be a better father to my 6yr daughter (i.e. taking her camping more, daddy/daughter date nights etc.)

Current 2020 goal: Go from 194 to 170

Currently at 181.8 - halfway!

Current 1RM bench ~300 - i'd like to put up 3 plates for a 315lb bench during a lean bulk after that!

Also - hike 10+ 46er ADK mountains. Currently at 9!
