Rotator Cuff Surgery again.... this time the other shoulder

I had extensive rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder 5 years ago (required 7 anchors). It feels great now, but took 18 months to really feel good. On February 28 I go back in for the left shoulder. In both cases, the shoulder got worse and worse over time, it wasn't a single episode or injury. So no weights for at least 4 months afterwards, then start to build back slowly. I hope at 55 muscle memory still applies!

Last time around I documented my recovery here: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=167304741. Hopefully it helps someone.

    Best to all
