    Creatine + Beta-Alanine?

After having a few questions answered I'm going to start taking creatine with the hope I can remain at a low body fat percentage. Would you recommend I take B-Alanine with it?
Was hoping for someone who has already stacked the two to give me advice?
Do you just forever take both?
Did you have any side effects you weren't to fond of?

    Thank you in advance !

Unless you're training >2.5 hours or endurance training or doing multiple bouts of intensive training in a day, beta alanine really has no benefit.

Regardless, they both work via saturation and can be taken indefinitely should you want to do so.

As Lucia316 said, both are saturation type supps.

Meaning, you get saturated with the supp, then just maintain that level with daily doses.

Ive done both for years and do notice a difference with BA as far as fatigue goes. BA definitely will help with longer, more strenuous routines, marathon style training etc....

I did a typical protocol of 2g am, 2g pm of BA; every day

The one caution with BA is that it can cause heart murmurs if you are already prone to them. BA and taurine fight for uptake and tauine is a substance that helps regulate heartbeat. So, when you add BA, you should add taurine as well....if you have heart issues.

Thank you both. I think I'll give it a shot and see how it affects me. Sounds like it'll be beneficial in those long workouts.

There are some supplements out there that combine creatine and Beta-Alanine, and some that have L-Argintine in there also. You're defiantly missing out if your not taking creatine. When I started creatine all of my lifts went up along with my weight.
