Hi all
Am new here. My age is 33, height is 175cm. Started lifting weights 4 months back. My weight was 97kg and now it is 90.5kg. I just want to know what is my body type.
Currently I am following push pull leg schedule with macros 50%carb 30% protein 20%fat at maintenance calories.

People here are generally very sceptical about "body types". You can categorise yourself but it doesn't help decide what training or nutrition you need. Everyone starts by needing to gain muscle and lose fat in varying amount and the methods used to do this are the same for everyone.
Go to the Nutrition and Workout Programs forums and start by reading the "sticky" threads at the top of each page. Then if you have more questions after that, post in the relevant forum.
One immediate observation: no need to use percentages for macros. Just establish a minimum for protein and dietary fat - then use any combination that meets those while hitting a calorie target.
