I cannot twist my elbow on my right arm since i have a disability from birth.
When i am training my biceps i feel like i am only training my brachialis. thats why there is no actual peak on my right biceps like on my left.
are there any exercises you know of which can be a substitute to regular biceps curls?
if not, i gotta live with it. thought i'd ask some pros.
Do what you can.
I broke my left elbow twenty years ago and it has a permanent bend.
I can neither fully extend or contract my arm which makes many exercises difficult especially arms.
I find doing one arm movements the best i can are still beneficial .
Each arm has it's own technique and i can still get a good workout.
So i would recommend you experiment with different movements and tools even just flexing your arm without weight.
Good luck.
