I ate at maintenance today so i can do another 4 days of 1000 calories. Then ill go back to 1400.

Today was just cardio day and intake was 1000 calories. I went back to 156,0 on the scale as expected this morning so thats good.

weights and cardio today 1000 calorie intake. I had a rotator cuff surgery jan 11 2019 and my shoulder is about 80 percent and bench is 60 pounds down but i did 195 for 1. (low but ill take it)

I skipped weights because my shoulder didnt feel the best but i did do a hard cardio session and only ate 1000 calories.

I did a diet break for two days because weight loss stalled but im back on the diet and had 1000 calories but future calories will be 1400 to keep from stalling again.
