You've 'seen' it? Where?
Bottom-line, if you're eating red meat, just aim for the highest quality possible, and don't char the meat... charring meat creates carcinogenic compounds to form.
I'm not saying eating red meat is 'healthy' in particular, but eating it every day in a reasonable amount hasn't been shown to cause harm that I know of."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Red meat is a staple of my diet. I generally eat it a couple of times a day. I don't eat lean when I bulk, it's worked very well for me for a couple of years now.
So far my blood work has remained totally healthy.Last edited by ProYeo; 01-29-2020 at 04:22 AM.
