    As above really How much should one average guy of around 200lb take around 50g per shake or Moore ?

    I do 1-1.15g per pound depending on what my goals are, but that's slightly over the recommended amount.

    0.8-1 gram of lean body mass for me. I’m at a calorie deficit so I can drop from 30+% BF to around 20-22%

    Minimum 0.7 grams per lb of bodyweight. A longstanding bro favorite is 1g per lb of bodyweight.

    How much "per shake" is meaningless. Total consumption per day is what you need to know

    I do 1g per pound of body weight. Shakes in between meals to help get me to the daily total amount makes it easier especially if on a busy schedule
