Any major issues with my deadlift?

I could've tried tucking in my chin in order to make my neck neutral with my spine. Beyond this, is there any glaring flaws in how I perform the lift? I recently started a cut and I noticed I could only perform this weight for sets of 3 rather than 4-5. It's not too heavy for my back or hamstrings but my grip strength really sucks.

Try and bring your hips up and back slightly, crank lats down harder before pull.

That's it really, minor efficiency improvements

Looks pretty good to me...from that angle at least. I'd get one from the front too so you could critique what's going on at the knees and hands.

Over time with more and more practice you'll probably make subtle adjustments and become more efficient at the lift.
