Hi team,
Have recently subscribed to the app, and have the above plan. Just wondering when it comes to block nutrition instructions such as Breakfast 30-60 min after wake-up supplements, do I mix everything together?
It's a bit unclear if I eat the obvious seperately or group them all together
3 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
1 cup Oatmeal
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 Grapefruit
