What gadgets and equipment in your gym bag?

I have a decent sized duffel bag with:

    -Small plastic cones
    -pump for my basketball
    -foam roller
-This plastic rolling massager with spikey orange balls
    -Small resistance bands kit
-One of those resistance band loops that attach to your ankles
    -wrist wraps (boxing ones)
    -boxing gloves
    -jump rope.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

I used to have one but I don't have one anymore. Can you actually refer me to a decent website on where to buy one? I pretty much have equipment ranging from a DL belt, weight belt, chains, etc and it's hella annoying carrying all that chit.

Bag I have is made by Port Authority.

I got it from Hooters after I worked there for a year

It's a pretty nice bag, I'd say probably would cost $120-150.

I go to a gym and lift heavy weights. Unless you're disabled in some way, there is zero reason to bring a bag with a bunch of ghey accessories, straps, etc. I always see these 4 ft tall mexicans at my gym carrying a bag of crap and they're still the same flabby pegs they were 5 years ago. If you get dehydrated, maybe a water bottle or gatorade makes sense, but lugging a bag of crap around the gym is just stupid and makes you look like a noob.

Dear god, it's gotten to the point where I think gyms should just ban bags on the gym floor. There is a locker room for a reason, no one in this thread needs to be lugging a gym bag around a place that is already loaded with equipment. Keep a piece of chalk in your pocket if you're going to be a tryhard, but all the stupid wraps do is weaken your joints, weight belt weakens your core, etc. Grab a water bottle, maybe a piece of chalk, and get to work. Anything else and you're a tool.

    this

Straps actually make you weaker because they take resistance away from your joints + core creating imbalances. Lift raw guys, unless you are literally injured or something

I only use it to lock up my wallet, keys, jacket and other valuables so phaggots can't steal my chit and I don't have to lug around a bag srs. Otherwise, I don't need chit srs. I feel like needing a bunch of straps and chalk and chit makes you weak srs
Exactly. The 4ft dad-bod spanish dudes I'm talking about look like brown Spongebobs, srs. Carrying huge ass bags the size of their bodies like ****ing carrot top pulling stupid props out the whole workout. These jackasses spend more time digging around in their bags for some dumb wrap or whatever than they do lifting weights. Lift the ****ing weights. You do not need ****ing knee wraps, wrist wraps, a belt, and a ****ing 3 footlong gym back to get in a good workout. You are mentally weak and ego-lifting **** that you haven't allowed your joints to adapt to. Be a man and lift the ****ing weights for real. The only legit reason to use that crap is if you already have an injury and are trying to protect it further, in which case you should probably let it heal instead.

Nope, unless you're A. injured or B. attempting 1RMs, there is no good reason to be using grips, wraps, or straps. You're weakening your joints and setting yourself up for injury, and as said earlier, you're just ego-lifting. If you can't lift it for reps without accessories, you shouldn't be lifting it, period.

you're full of chit. Ive been lifting for 20+ years (rest assure I lift way heavier than you) and I carry:
-lifting straps (fukking lol if you think you can get an adequate back/trap workout without them. Your grip IS the limiting factor ESPECIALLY in a back workout you dunce)
    -wrist wraps
    -Extra towel
    -Change of clothes
-Extra shorts, tank top, sandals for the sauna (get on that hyperthermic conditioning brahs)
-travel shower kit (for when i might need to shower
    -tape measure
    -icy hot
-extra set of wireless bluetooth earphones + charger
    -extra phone charger
-i keep my workout log in there otherwise i'd forget it (get on that workout log time brahs. ONLY way to INSURE progressive overload)
    -deodorant

This is my little brother's soccer bag from when he was in high school he graduated in 2007. My soccer bag was just a duffel bag. He got all the good chit once i graduated and left. Little prick

You literally don't need anything that you listed above, at all, to get in a high quality workout. None of it. You need to be wearing clothes, maybe have a water bottle and some headphones. You don't need to phag up in the sauna, you don't need to get a shower in a fungus filled gym, you don't need fukking icey hot. Look at your list bro, total nonsense. Get in the car and go lift weights, very simple.

I am a woman, in case you haven't noticed Some of the boyos can't tell the difference...maybe it's the guns. Anyway, back to my first point...Women tend to have smaller hands, on average. And the DBs, on average, over 75-80 lbs (around that territory) were designed for men's hands and their ability to grip in mind- NOT women's. So, this means that if my muscles are capable of lifting over 80-85 lb. DBs for rows or shrugs, and the only limiting factor is the circumference of the bar, well then I'm going to use grips (or maybe I only need one), in order to get my training done. It's simple.. Same with upright rows. Many of these BBs (in commercial gyms) were built with men in mind. In order for me to do upright rows that weight a lot more than I do (with sets of reps), it requires a grip... Enough said. I don't need grips for everything. Peace out *peace sign*

Wraps weaken your joints? Clearly you aren't lifting heavy enough.

As for a belt, there's plenty of studies that indicate that you may actually brace your core more and create larger intra abdominal pressure whilst wearing a belt.

However I do agree bags shouldn't be allowed on the gym floor, my gym bans them on the gym floor and i just put mine in my locker and grab what i need for my workut.
