There is one thing i've made with canned fish that actually tasted good... BUT... it was only in a pinch...

I had a can of Wild Planet Canned Sockeye Salmon, and I mixed that with hummus and peppers, put it on toasted bread with tomato, lettuce, onion, avocado, and sweet chili sauce...

Can't lie, it was gooooood.
