I am 17 yrs old and i started my lifting journey 7 and half months ago. I did big mistake with cutting and ended at 122 lbs at 5'10 lifting weights almost every day with huge volume and ignoring legs. I did what i wanted in the gym without tracking sets and reps. I always had quite good form but some exercises were a bit of a pain in the ass. I started doing push/ pull /legs/ rest then upper/ lower and rest split 2 months ago. I did gain some mass on triceps, quads and chest but my biceps, calves and back especially lats are still lagging. I am doing like 20-30 sets per mucle group except legs for legs its a bit less. Is it that i am doing too much volume or its something else?

Impossible to make an accurate response without knowing the entire routine that you have been running for this time period, as well as the weights you're lifting for each exercise.
But given that you're 122lbs @ 5'10 and fairly new to lifting, I'm going to say that its two things:
1) You're not really lagging per say, as much as everything is probably still relatively weak and you're probably thinking too deep into it
2) You probably did what most newbies do and ran a routine that has a bunch of the usual flaws which lead to imbalances ( imbalanced push - pull ratios, too my quad work relative to hamstring work etc).
The volume that you're using is most likely wasteful and lacking intensity, but its probably not the over all volume thats contributing to the imbalance, rather the way the volume is laid out. I'd recommend dialing it back down to a full body routine 3x per week and working your way up to getting stronger before moving on to an U/L intermediate routine, and pick something that is well balanced like Fierce 5 rather than trying to go in the opposite direction and over emphasize where you think you're lagging.Some regular lifting posts (IG) - @rsid_97
