Saw an article this morning that averages out the average income by age for millennial Americans, as seen below.
Net worth isn't just the sum of your positive accounts, asset values, etc., it also takes into consideration your debts. I thought it was kinda crazy that the average American has a negative net worth until they're 30+.

Based on the chart, I'm personally sitting at a +$25kish net worth. Putting me ahead of my age group by over a decade lol. Feels good mane.
I've always thought that Miscers were above average folks that just happen to have body dysmorphia and cringe issues with women due to overthinking about it and no prior success in that regard. Therefore I suspect everyone here to be above average for their age ranges.

For any miscers who might think down upon hearing my age/NW, don't. I'm jealous of those who have steady careers and bennies and such in many ways. I admittedly got lucky and milked it as much as i could. Now I make like $40k and if i were to try to find a normal job i'd likely be fuqqd because i've only ever worked for myself except for a short ~3 month stint at GoDaddy before i quit on the spot. We're all gonna make it. Grass is always greener yadda yadda.

i'm the opposite lol. Only person that knows my rough NW is my Mom. i haven't boughten new clothes in like way too long. my daily wear shoes are turning to chit. i need to get some new ones before my brother/sister in laws baby shower coming up. but i won't deny tons of miskers prob love to buy expensive chit and 'show off'. At least from what i've realized, the more $ you have the more you penny-pinch...to keep things that way. maybe if i had more job stability and a high paying job like a surgeon or something it'd be different but i really don't know

There's no way this is correct, and if it is... fuk...
I'm 25 with a net worth of 200K right now, which puts me at +$175K above this chart. I've been "working" for 3 years, but I had saved up $25k by the time I graduated college.
I've been living at home, saving money, and making a few smart investments. I got a full ride to college so I never had to worry about student debt, always pay off my credit card, or I don't have any debt in general.*Mechanical Engineering Crew*
