    TDEE assistance.

Doing second cut. I know the drill, just seeing some variation in which calculator I use and was curious where you would start.

Goal: 1 lb per week loss.
    33
250lbs (put on some serious muscle, but also some fat in the last six months.)
Between 20 and 23 percent body fat est.
    6'2"
Lift heavy three times a week, and quite active.

What say you for a starting point for TDEE?

I'll obviously take off 500 cals a day.

6-2 And 250 with even 23% bodyfat sounds kind of unlikely... do you have a photo?

Don't just take 500 calories off whatever a TDEE calculator gives you. We all tend to either over/under estimate our activity level. Run whatever the TDEE gives you then make adjustments.

TDEE calculators put me at a 2400 calories to maintain...…..I am currently at 3200 calories to cut and still need to add more because I am losing 4 pounds a week.

    Thanks for the replies.

When I began this I started with a cut and I lost about 1.25 lbs a week like clockwork. I look completely different now, and am now heavier than when I started, but look nothing like when I started. People are starting to make comments lol.

No pics atm, but chest is 51-52", biceps 18 1/4" pumped and still fit my 34" waist jeans. They used to be looser though, so that sounds like time to cut.

    Lifts for 3x5: bench 235
    Squat 325
    Front squat 260
    Rdl 345
    Ohp 70lb dumbbells.

In a hotel for the rest of the week for work, but I'll eventually post some pics and get a bodyfat estimate.

Last time it seemed all the estimates were the same, but the calculators are giving me different things now it seems, so I was curious where you would say I start.

I am trying 3000/ day at the moment, so I'll see how that goes. I know how to gauge if it's too aggressive or not enough.

Skip all the bodyfat calculators. You can buy a set of BF calipers on Amazon pretty cheap. Just follow the directions and plug the numbers in.
