You of all people are asking this?! The veg sandwich master herself?!
Me & Adam actually discussed this on a separate thread, but there are several places out here in LA that make them really good with seitan. You can also make them with portobello mushroom or marinated jackfruit & cheese if you want it extra HNNNNG!

hmmm I was thinking tofurkey ham and the life light bologna, never liked jack fruit and it doesn’t have much protein, if I was to use mushroom it would kinda change it cause I would toss in an egg white patty made with liquid smoke

These are some damn good suggestions that I hadn't really thought of. I'm gonna try all of these. They honestly all sound amazing...& of corze have more protonz!
