That's 1 rich kid school in Utah that has its school lunches made by a catering company called ITSMeals Provo. Hardly a representation of the entire nation when you pick and choose the best school plate lunch out of the entire nation.

I went to 6 different schools in 4 different districts in 2 different states. They all did the same thing.

If the School Lunch program FORCES schools to put those healthy items on the tray it seems like a giant waste of money.
