    Do I have wide hips? Am I ****ed? (Aesthetics wise)

    Hi everyone,

    I feel like my hips are super wide, and, my plan is to shred down for summer soon. so, If I get shredded will you see my hip bones clearly??
    Anyway to hide this? I barely workout abs, so can it help by working out my obliques/lower abs/adonis belt?
    I hate the look of an hour glass...


    Just want some opinions of the experts, Thanks

    Just work out obliques! I've had the same issue. I used to Powerlift and neglected core since I would always use a belt. Get onto weighted obliques/core and you'll notice the physique look thicker.
