    Questions regarding gaining weight/losing weight.

    I'm a 15-year-old male, 141 lbs, and 5'10. I go to the gym 4 days per week and do the fierce 5 upper/lower program.

    I want to gain weight and strength but I'm not sure where to begin. I already eat school breakfast and school lunch, and then a homemade meal with veggies/chicken and rice after the gym. I also eat dinner later as well. I'm not sure how many calories they add up to.

    1) If I'm eating a calorie surplus and gaining weight, wouldn't I be gaining fat and not muscles?
    2) If I want to get abs, and I have to go into a calorie deficit to do that. Wouldn't I be losing muscle and strength?
    3) Should I eat more and get more muscles/strength first and not worry about my belly fat?
    4) Is it possible to gain bodyweight but lose my belly fat at the same time?
