    Multi Vitamins - Orange Triad

I've been taking OT for the last couple weeks based on past recommendations. I used it as replacement for a generic one a day (with minimal nutrient content). First time taking them, I dosed with 2 pills and experienced some pretty quick flushing of the face and a bit of light headedness. I never expected that from a multi (after doing some research, there are several contents that could've caused the side effects I experienced, will discuss with doc).

I lowered the dose and currently take 2 per day (separately) as opposed to the suggested 6 without noticeable side effects. The benefits are what I expected, mostly subtle increases in energy. I'm going to get a physical done in the coming days to assess my nutrient intake and whether I need to adjust the dose or add a separate supplement. Having said that I have a few questions..

    1) Is OT still considered a popular supplement
    2) Did anyone experience something like what I mentioned above the first time taking multivits
    3) Has anyone varied multi vitamin dosages and experienced notable changes based on dosage. inb4 placebo
    4) I understand there is a joint complex in OT, but my joints aren't at a point where I feel like they need significant supplementation. Is a 2 pill dose dose enough to experience any benefits from OT's joint complex (looking for personal experience more on this question)
The only way to do something is to do it

Orange Triad does not have anything in it that should be causing flushing. One ingredient often associated with flushing would be niacin, however the Niacin is lower in Orange Triad, you would expect to see flushing with a high dose 1-2g~ for exampley but Orange Triad is using 30mg in 6 tablets in the form of Inositol hexanicotinate which is a no-flush Niacin even.

As to light headedness I am unsure do you have any food allergies?

There is no stimulants in Orange Triad either.

I have been using Orange Triad for while the Joint Complex can help in not degrading further if you have issues I do and have added in occasionally higher doses of cissus for inflammation but seems to work out pretty nice for me. You could also try the powder and you can just drink it which includes greens as well provided the other issues are resolved ofc I suspect something else is a factor because it shouldn't be causing light headedness nor flushing.

Thanks for the info, I'm definitely going to have to figure out what's going on there. I did read about the flushing niacin can cause, but didn't realize the one in OT is non-flushing. As for the light headedness, I'm curious if sudden absorption of high nutrients in a diet that possibly lacked a certain nutrient could cause a reaction like that. I might have to retry a two pill dosage and see if the effects are the same. Problem is I'd probably have developed a certain level of tolerance to whatever the cause. Doctor it is

Most likely due to something other than the multi.

Reviews on Amazon say CL confirmed a bad batch, causing flushing/rashes. Perhaps only sent to Amazon? I would contact CL
