Thumbs up I need your advise guys

Hello, i hope i can get some good advises from community here on my subject.

i am looking to start bulking and i am a bodybuilding.com subscriber and have access to all their programs, what i have in mind is training muscle group two times/week and i am aware that the best out there is either push/pull/legs or opposing muscles.

however i dont seem to find a good program in bodybuilding.com programs here that incorporates any of the previously mentioned training methods which will do help in my bulking phase.

any recommendations? any good programs out there that have been used and tested by you guys that you can recommend?

    much appreciated

What are your major lifts like? (both 1rm estimate is fine, and working reps).

How long have your been weight training for?

How many days a week do you want to work out as no set split is optimal its more of progressive overload and what you will stick with (this answer will be effected by the first two for general advice)
