However, I respond to over-feeding/surpluses by increasing NEAT quite a bit, so I have to add more than most"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Either walking or sitting (varies) pretty much 8-16 hours per day I work. Lift 3-5 times per week and cardio 2-3x.
TDEE: Seems to be ~4200 lately, mostly due to work activity more than anything.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Its the land of the giants in nutrition section these days. But then the shortest guy has the highest TDEE by a long shot makes me feel slightly sad what I could enjoy with a TDEE of 4200.
Interesting that most 6ft - 6ft 2 all around the same TDEE and surprisingly not that high if the average male calories are around 2500 although fits in with the health government estimates. Seems like height plays little effect on TDEE which again is not that surprising.
