Update
I contacted bb.com customer service again today and I was told that the recall is still being reviewed and bb.com is not refunding returns related to the recall as of yet. I was told to try back anytime with additional questions and concerns.
I asked the rep if he would continue to use products on the recall list and he says he is currently using one daily.
Are any of you continuing to use products on the recall list? Or have you stopped taking all brands recalled?
I admit, I am still taking EVL products daily, including: multi, citrulline, D3 + k2, and curcumin. I have been taking them for over a year, but find myself second guessing.Kaged and Nutrabio

I messaged evl with no response. Having a recall of all products made for close to 7 years has to be the biggest recall in history, and would cost companies well into the millions. It's pretty shady that BB is continuing to sell these products, and big names like evl and bpi aren't saying anything.

Update 2
I waited one week and called this site’s customer service department for a second time. I asked what bb.com’s response to the recall is and was told by the rep it’s still a work in progress. I have some EVL products I was/am concerned about and he told me, as of now, only a handful of EVL supplements are being recalled. Off the top of my head: EVL carnitine, mutli 60 count, omega 3. He said if I’m concerned, email customer service with a picture of any EVL product’s LOT number and they would investigate and/or for me to contact EVL directly.

Post from EVL on Insta: "none of our products on amazon were affected by the recall. Unfortunately, we had no information or notice about an email being sent out by amazon. The email did not provide any information on the products affected, which is why we are sending out these details now.
We want to reassure everyone that there are no safety or quality issues on EVL products and provide additional facts to reaffirm this. • None of EVL’s products currently sold are affected by the recall as we ceased production at the manufacturer in question in 2017. • We only made 9 of the total 120 products we produced and sold between May 2016 and July 2017 at the manufacturer and have never received quality or safety complaints on these products which comprise less than 8% of our total production. • We moved away from this manufacturer and started production of these products at a new manufacturer in 2017 and have had no quality or safety issues. • None of the EVL products sold on Amazon.com were produced at the facility in question. • No powder products were ever made at the facility in question, as it was only pills and soft gels. • All EVL products are currently made by manufacturers who are FDA inspected and 3rd party cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) audited.
We place quality, safety and customer satisfaction above all else. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions.
EVL seems to be trying to sweep things under the rug, and all but admits they were selling shady products.
I contacted EVl for the products I bought = no refund.
I contacted BB.com customer service= They are standing with EVL over the FDA and will only issue a refund on a small amount of products that EVL admit were shady with a pic.
Amazon= Follows the FDA and issues a full refund, no questions asked.
In the end,
EVL = Fail
BB.com = Fail
Bezos = Epic win.Last edited by Manowar11; 02-04-2020 at 11:23 AM.

I highly doubt any of the companies using these labs knew about their GMP issues and I highly doubt any of the issues are serious. It’s all about the fines.
They pissed somebody off for them to come digging.ǝɟıl ɹnoʎ ɟo spuoɔǝs ǝǝɹɥʇ ǝʇsɐʍ llıʍ sıɥʇ ƃuıpɐǝɹ

These brands could have easily found out about the issues, ABH received several (6 or 7) warning letters from the FDA. These brands should have been auditing their contract manufacturer.
The issues sound very serious. The FDA doesn't just come in and shut you down for one violation, they issue you a warning letter first then they give you several months to fix the issue. These guys had multiple warnings about multiple issues and ignored them.Free Agent

6 years is an awful long time to receive warning from the FDA, and the best part is, they were still allowed to manufacture products.
I can guarantee no companies knew about even through audits. No one wants to throw money away.ǝɟıl ɹnoʎ ɟo spuoɔǝs ǝǝɹɥʇ ǝʇsɐʍ llıʍ sıɥʇ ƃuıpɐǝɹ
