I am mormon and am going on a mission this summer for two years to a foreign country (don’t know where yet.) I will not be allowed to work out at a gym and only have thirty minutes to workout. What split should I do? What should I do for legs? Shoulders? Back? Am I totally screwed? I want to maintain my physique. If any of you guys went on an lds mission, how did you workout?
