    Question High calorie daily shake?

    Can anyone recommend me a simple/cheap recipe for a high calorie nutritional shake I can take everyday to increase my calorie count? thanks.

    Calories based on products I use

    90g oats (330 calories)
    1 banana (100 calories)
    1 scoop protein (140 calories)
    1.5 cup milk (200 calories)
    1 tbsp peanut butter (90 calories)

    total calories: 860
    The only way to do something is to do it
