Calories based on products I use
90g oats (330 calories)
1 banana (100 calories)
1 scoop protein (140 calories)
1.5 cup milk (200 calories)
1 tbsp peanut butter (90 calories)
total calories: 860The only way to do something is to do it

Deadlift -> 280lb 5RM
Bench -> 185lb 5RM
