    Unhappy Bulging/bloated lower abdominal

    Hello, I have a pretty low body fat and visible abs (%12-ish) but when i look from the side my lower abs/stomach is bulging. it's also not fat, its only muscle its like a bubble gut but i dont use any steroids or insulin. Is there any exercise i can do to fix this or is this all about nutrition or genetics ect. On the first picture it's me when im contracting my abs and the second one is me on my relaxed stage.

    You look possibly skinny fat, and it is probably just your nutrition. Just build up more muscle and it will look normal. Also work to even out the abs through an excersises that target the upper abdominal but I am not sure what you have. You are still pretty skinny without packing a mass ton muscle, no offense. So just work on building up your whole body and you will see it won’t be noticeable.
