Hi all,
I have been on fierce 5 for about 5 months now and I have recently been stalling on all of my lifts. I was wondering if you could tell me if I am ready to move on to another program, and if so what I should move on to.
Any feedback or suggestions would be great!!!
- I weigh 70kg at the moment at 174cm tall
Here are my lifts:
Bench: 72.5kg
Squat: 110kg
Deadlift: 130kg

new plan
Numbers are good for 5 months in. How long have you been stalling? Maybe its time to increase the training volume. Another option can be to increase calories to assist in weight gain. Lifts are solid. Are those 1RM or 5RM. If you want to start something new maybe upper body twice per week. Lower body twice per week.

Thank you for your reply. I am glad that at least the numbers are decent for 5 months And yes they are 1rm.
However, its been a month since that msg and my lifts are now:
-I weigh 72kg at 175cm tall (I am 17YO so still growing)
Bench: 75kg
Squat: 115kg
Deadlift:140kg
Is that enough of an improvement to warrant staying on the program? I cant do upper/lower as I only have 3 days available to train.

If you're stalling it's not an issue with Fierce 5, it's an issue with you. Either you're not dieting properly for your goals, or you're not properly following the progression of the program. That being said, if you're down to 3 days of training per week, you could do a push/pull/legs routine and that may work better for you.
