Hi guys, so I'm currently following a fully body workout (ICF 5x5) and my time to go the gym is a bit all over the place at the moment due to my work shifts randomly changing, it shouldn't last long but I wanted to ask if I workout 3x a week doing ICF 5x5, would it be possible to workout on say a Sunday and then a Monday, providing I wait more than 24 hours to hit my Monday workout after completing my Sunday workout?
I don't plan on this being the norm at all, it's just for the time being, I feel like I'm thinking way too deep into this and should just try and hit the gym 3x Monday - Sunday as best as I can.
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

If you train on Sunday, but the next time you can't go to practice on Tuesday, it's better to go on Wednesday than on Monday. Programs of this type, such as ICF, that is, fullbody with 2 different training days in the microcycle, will work if the training load is repeated, both after 48 hours and after 96 hours. But you should not train for 2 days in a row on such programs.
bench press 167.5 kgx1, 125 kgx13, 100 kgх24
standing press 100 kgx1, 82,5 kg 4 sets х 5 reps
deadlift 230 kgx1, 200 kgx4, 190 kg 3 sets x 5 reps
raw squat 180 kgx1, 150 kg 5x5
chin-ups +25 kg x10 reps
