Anyone out there ever separate their A/C joint? Last year, I broke my clavicle, scapula, and suffered a grade III A/C separation. It took about 6 months to fully recover with no surgery.
All is good now, and my strength is back to 100%-but my symmetry is all jacked up. I have a huge knot on my shoulder and hitting certain poses (like a double bicep... and especially a lat spread) exposes how off my delt symmetry is... Starting to think I can’t compete. Anyone go through this? Any ideas?

My left AC joint had a tear and I had surgery on my right.
If neither of us are planning a career in IFBB, fuk it. Compete as you are and have fun doing it.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
