Hello my name is Alex and i am 24 years old and i am 80,2kg. I am preparing for my very first bodybuilding competition and i want to ask for some advise about my current diet... At this moment i am 11 weeks out and am eating about 2000 calories but i am in a low carb/keto diet (today my macros was 222g protein 92g fat and 74g carbs from green vegetables), so i am thinking about eat 6 days like this and at the 7th (leg day) eat at my calorie maintenance but with high carbs and low fat (like a refeed day) what you think about that guys?? And also every week i will drop 100 calories from my diet until i reach the ideal bf% (with the same approach 6 days low carb/keto 1 day high carb low fat refeed day) you think is gonna work??

When I cut for a show, I stay on track to lose 1 lb (.5 kg) per week. I see you lost 1 kg (2 lbs) in 4 days.
You do need to lose some more bodyfat but just be careful not to lose too much too fast as then you are getting into muscle loss and nobody wants that.
Keep your lifts high and intense, just as you would if you were bulking.
Try to keep you weight loss to .5 to .6 kg per week. If you're 11 weeks out (10 now) that will put you just about right as I see you needing to lose about another 8-10 lbs
Just enjoy the first experience and learn as much as you can for future shows. Have fun with it!2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
