Who wants to see my transformation from going skinny fit to fat and then back ?
So basically I’ll show you my weight gain (purposely) and then me after dieting back down to go through the process of losing weight again and feel the side of effects of just eating whatever.

That's been done. Both by a lot of people here out of negligence and then as a tv show and a couple small documentaries. It really won't be entertaining for anyone to see your version, so it's best not to do it to yourself
