    Limited Gym Equipment Workout PPL

    I haven't worked out seriously in years due to my schedule. Now I have a gym in my office building that I go to during lunch however it does not have everything I would like (no barbells or squat rack and 50lb dumbbells are the heaviest).

    Please let me know if there's anything I can improve on or adjust.

    Push (Monday, Thursday)
    3x8 Dip (bodyweight. When I can do 3x12 I'll look into buying a belt)
    3x8 Incline DB Bench Press
    3x8 DB Shoulder Press
    3x8 Triceps Pushdown

    Pull (Tuesday, Friday)
    3x8 Pull ups (bodyweight. When I can do 3x12 I'll look into buying a belt)
    3x8 BO DB Row
    3x8 Cable High Pulley Lateral Extension
    3x8 Curls

    Legs (Wednesday)
    3x8 Leg Press Machine (High Feet for Ham/Glutes)
    3x8 Leg Press Machine (Low Feet for Quads)
    2x8 Leg Curls
    2x8 Leg Extension

    I've also been thinking about doing 3x8 leg presses at the end of my workouts on Monday and Friday
