    Question Critique my new training regime please

    This is my current training regime, I havent started it yet but ive been training similar to this for the past few weeks, started muay thai a couple of months ago and im taking it pretty serious but i still want to keep my strength gains.

    Body Weight 82kg
    Squat 180kg x2
    Bench 115kg x1
    Deadlift 180kg x5

    i am also eating around 2800-3200 calories on heavy training days and around 2600 on cardio/rest days
