    Full body

So I've been doing a Push/legs/pull routine for 2 years now and going to switch things up. Going to start a fullbody, as we all know the great old school legends like Reg Park, John Grimeck, Steve Reeves, Leroy Colbart, Paul Grant, Armand Tanny, Vince Gironda, and even Arnold all got amazing physiques form a full body workout.

In the 1950 and 60's it was all full body, it was until the 70's and steroid usage that people began to use splits. In fact Joe Weider is the one who made splits popular as he started publishing and promoting splits in his magazine, everyone jumped on the bandwagon and the full body was left in the dust.

Found this interesting article of Paul Grant's Mass program.

So i clicked the link and a quick look showed 41 sets of exercises. I don't know about your fitness level but 41 sets is a ton and unless you are ready for it, it may be a bit too much. Good luck!
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

Hell no I won't be doing 41 sets! It's good template with the list of exercises that can be modified. I just love old school bodybuilding and thought the article was interesting.

I will start with 3 sets of each exercise for the first 2 months, then increase to 4 on some.

Of course full body was the go-to routine before steroids. We knew that but you continued to bash a full body routine so it will be interesting to see what you think of it now that you actually want to try it.
Bodybuilding is much more than an hour in the gym a few days a week---it's a lifestyle that changes all your perceptions about how to live, eat, and rest. It feeds the mind as much (and sometimes more so) than the body.
