    4 scoops of whey protein/day safe?

    I usually only eat about 500g of chicken breasts every day with brown rice. and supplement it with 4 scoops of whey protein. That’s my meal for the day.

    215lbs
    22.7% body fat

    are you saying that your diet only consists of chicken breast, rice and whey? i hope you meant that it's one of your meals, otherwise it is not healthy or sustainable

    4 scoops of whey a day is safe, it's just food, but your overall diet sucks and you should really read the stickies and add some vegetables in there.

    Whey is more safer then crossing a busy intersection but as stated above, why are having that as your meal for the day?

    That's it or it's duplicated all day to a total of 3-4 meals?
