    Same as any other time...

    Proats
    Stir Fries
Greek Yogurt with fruit/berries and cereal
    Salmon w/Sweet potato
    Sandwiches and wraps
    Protein bars here and there...
    Pizza

However, if I wanted to just get as much volume as possible, in previous life I used to make:

Egg white omelets with mushrooms, tomato, spinach, and feta cheese... served a huge bowl of cinnamon oatmeal... probably the most filling meal for the calories I used to eat.

It was something like 500-600 calories for a GIANT meal... but, obviously kind of boring unless you add some sauce to it or sweeteners...

Nowdays I make 1000 calorie proat bowls with tons of PB, fruit, jam... whatever I want... and much less volume.

Currently enjoying a bulk so it’s kind of hard to say any meal I eat while cutting is a “favorite”, however, grilled boneless skinless chicken thigh is an awesome choice.
