Sup all,
I've been gyming inconsistently since I was 18. I've made considerable gains since then but I'm no where near where I'd like to be lifting and size. I'm 6'3 and about 220lbs at around 18-20% BF I'd guess and can cut to about 12% BF quite easily but I'm not concerned with that. I want to increase my muscle mass. I started following The White Rhino and his nutrition recommendations are the best I've ever heard and started implementing them. However, I'm at the point where I may even contact a professional power lifting trainer to get started. Any tips or recommendations from the BB community would be greatly appreciated

PL and BB isnt the same thing. Do you want to compete in powerlifting? Post in the PL section and sign up for a meet regardless. Its fun.
If you want to go the serious BB route, thats a real lifestyle choice. The serious BBers in my gym are living the life 24/7, and are absolutely miserable leading up to a competition. They do look like beasts though.
