Where to get carbs instead of fruit juice

Apple juice and grape juice have been a staple of my diet for the last year. theyre good for quick energy, but I'm eliminating as many plastics from my diet as possible to limit BPA and other exposures and maximize test. Every day, I eat 2 bananas and 1-2 sweet potatoes. Sometimes i eat dried prunes or dried mangoes, but bananas, rice & sweet potatoes are GOAT because they are very cheap. What do you eat for carbs?

Beer. I swear the next day after some beers I am more energetic and stronger in my lifts that ever.

For general carb intake, oats are my go to. 110 calories per 30 grams not to mention 4g protein.

If I'm looking for an energy boost, most fruits are good but apples and bananas are top 2
The only way to do something is to do it

White rice is a good source for fast and efficient processing after a work out. You need to recharge your glycogen reserves to spare the energy for the healing process to rebuild muscle tissue.
