Hi, I am 5'6, 178 lbs... Size 32
Have been doing abs with 10lb dumbells on a matt and back excercises on a chair with 10s as well (arms outward in front to back, vertically up to behind back)....
Benching/squating 150
Also trying to stay slim by using a barbell to cut
Wondering how much str I could work up to at same size..
Jog about 20 mins
Prefer to be flexible
Finished about 5lbs of whey since Oct-Nov?/Experimenting with coffee bean extract(at work/call center)(1 1/2 month) and Horny goat(days off) (just recent)
