Isolated glute exercises with heavy weights?

I'm 6 ft and 150lbs i want to gain mass, but anything i look up for the butt it seems to be for using light weights. I'm already doing squats, but read you need to do isolated exercises too like bicep curls.

Which are some of the top exercises for the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus? What's a good way to determine you're using too high/low weight?

    Thanks everyone.

Edit: I'm not 50, wtf lol.

Hip thrusts are a great glute exercise, and you can go very heavy with them

I saw a tiny girl in my gym hip thrusting 2 plates and change.

Yeah, hip thrusts are good. I also feel deadlift in gluteus medius. Also hip abductions hit gluteus medius.
Weighted reverse hypers hit glutes, I recently discovered.
Cable pull throughs hit glutes. I was surprised at how tough they are for such smol weight.

RDL's ,make sure your hinging your hips back with slight knee bend.
Slowly push the hips back with more of your weight on your heels.
The bar depending on flexibility will come down to about knee level.
Play around with foot stances, the average here is about shoulder width.
Start light and slowly work up in weight.
Stop adding weight if your technique breaks down or you stop feeling glutes and hamstrings.
You almost always will have hamstrings involved on any flute movement as you can never completely isolate any movement without some help from other areas..
