Should I workout my triceps if it feels sore only when flexed?

I am doing the Viking Upper/Lower workout.

You shouldn't avoid working out just because a muscle is sore. Soreness doesn't indicate that you can't train. Usually when you start training, it (temporarily) goes away as you get warmed up.
