Help identifying a "Ivanko" power bar

Found this on craigslist for dirt, thinking about buying but would like some idea what I'm getting before sinking 20 hours into a resto.

Check if it has markings on endcaps. Model number. Anything.

I have a couple of Ivanko bars i bought in the past from Ivanko.
They do not have markings that identify them as Ivanko so you basically have to go on looks.
Like the post above mentions some pictures and a good eye with someone familiar with bars could probably identify it.

Does not look like an Ivanko bar.

At least not an OB-84 or OB-20kg

Appears that the sleeve is pinned on.

Yeah, I definitely agree not an Ivanko.

Just texted the guy, said there's no knurling in the center, so this isn't even a power bar.
That's enough to make me pass on it.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's maybe an older Rogue or Troy bar.
