    What should i do? 18y

    Hello guys, I am currently 18 years old
    My stats are: 149lbs 5'7

    I have worked out in the past using the routine fierce 5 but had to stop due to time constrictions and difficulties getting to the gym, 2 years later I finally am able to go to the gym whenever I want, and it takes me here.
    I am thinking about starting my progress now using Coolcicada P/P/L routine, 6 days a week. I do know it's meant for intermediate people but I do think my previous lifts kinda categorize me onto that even though my body doesn't.
    Lifts:
    Deadlift - 135kgs
    Bench press -70kgs
    Squat - 109 kgs
    Shoulder press - 48 kgs I believe it was, or 50

    Do you guys think that I should cut a few kgs first? I have won a couple lately and don't really feel good right now, to be honest.

    Also, why did I make such significant strength gains while eating on bulk and my body still looks like complete garbage? Genetics or what?

    Bulk or cut first?
    And is coolcicada routine good for me to follow?

    I think you are lean enough, you can bulk.
    Strength always comes first, you don't look that bad anyway!
    PPLs are good routines in general.

    I appreciate your opinion mate.
    Will make sure i obey to the better knowledgeable

    As so, I believe i should go for a very slow bulk, somewhat like 1kg a month. Judging by the fact that i am near obese, or atleast feel like it. My background doesn't help for my self appreciation..
